Day 48

So I decided this morning that I wasn't going to wear makeup. Good Job Kylee.... NOT! I got on the bus after work (which was very slow) and he was there! He was sitting in the front and when I got on, he moved back near me. We didn't talk on the bus really. But I was invited to watch weeds again. It is an extremely addicting show. Inappropriate to say the least, but the idea is awesome! So I went over there and guess who offered to give me a back massage :) Progress! 

We will probably finish the season tomorrow. Then I guess I have to come up with things to do that aren't sitting on my butt. The rain should be going away on Saturday. I hope. 

That's it. Just a little update on my current situation. Oh. I also get paid at midnight tonight. I will wake up with another $700 in my account! I get to pay off more credit card! Yay! I hope my tax refund comes in soon so I can actually start saving money instead of paying crap off. 

Day 47

I had both jobs today. Rapids was really slow. It didn't help that we got a new girl and so there was less for me to do on my shift. Her name is Nadia and she is from Bulgaria. She is a really hard worker and kept asking for things she could do! After that I went to Lynx. We were really slow there too. I ended up degreasing a fan... not fun! It was really gross.

Then I came home and took a nap. I went to Tex's again. Watching more Weeds. He asked to make a deal: foot massage for foot massage. He never met his end of the bargain. So now he owes me a back an foot massage. He made me a little mad today. Isn't there a rule where you don't talk about the opposite sex in front of them? He kept saying different things about different women being hot and asking about how girls flirt (referring to a foreign girl he's going to go on a date with). I think it's rude and I try not to do it. Oh well.

Tomorrow I have a full work day again and then am watching Weeds again.

Oh, I am also doing this thing where I don't spend any ones or change. So even if I have 2 bucks and thats the total, I still whip out a 20 or something. I have only been doing it a week or so and I already have over 50! It is quite exciting! I also reminded, that if I ever get Employee of the Month, I get a cruise for a guest and me! I hope I get it. If I don't, I better get Employee of the Season! I work hard!

Day 46

I had half my day off today. I worked 4-930 and then got to go home. I was so tired this morning. I am happy I didn't have to work at Lynx too. I don't think I would have made it through my shift. When I got home at 1030, I slept until 230. It was nice.

After that, I went to Tex's and we watched more Weeds. I gave him a back massage and we laughed a lot. I found out he is a convert who went through a whole lot as a youth. I have never met anyone who has been through as much as he has been. It's cool he has turned his life around. After work tomorrow, were hanging out again. Maybe if we finish Weeds, I can get him to go on a walk or to go to the Rec Center at Homestead an play pool or something.

It is 9:15 and I am planning on being asleep by 9:30. So off to bed I go!

Day 45

I was nice and rested at work today even though I only had 4 hours of sleep. I had an extremely productive work day. At Rapids and Lynx I managed to keep myself busy all shift long. I was doing stupid little tasks left and right, but at least I kept busy.

I realized today something about my day off. To start, here is my schedule every week:

Sunday: All off
Monday: Rapids and Lynx
Tuesday: Same
Wednesday: Rapids only
Thursday: Rapids and Lynx
Friday: Same
Saturday: Same

So how it stands, I have a totally crappy schedule. I think I am going to have my bosses switch my days off so they are right next to eachother: I am thinking keep my 1/2 Wednesday and then a full Thursday, just so I can actually do stuff on my day off. How it is now, is that I have all my Sunday off, so I stay up Saturday night and end up sleeping in on Sunday until close to church time. The problem with that, is I don't actually have a full day off for hiking or camping or anything. We will see what my bosses say tomorrow.

Today after work I watched a movie with Megan and then Tex invited me to his place to watch the show Weeds. It is a funny show. I ended up staying at his place for a good 6 hours. We laughed a lot and are planning another Weeds party tomorrow! How exciting!

Also, I bought my ticket for the midnight Harry Potter premier in Fairbanks. Only 13 people fit on the shuttle and I got one of the spots! Yay. I plan on sending my package home tomorrow and also sending back the broken tie tacks to the stupid company. I had to fill out a survey on them and all I said was that I was disappointed that I had to wait 3 times to get it since they were broken each time. They sent me a message saying my comments were unnecessarily negative.  Well, when you have to wait time and time again to get a package, ya I will be happy you keep fixing it for me, but I shouldn't have to have it shipped to me multiple times before it's right.

Tomorrow is my half day(ya, it got switched this week since we are short staffed).  I will be home by 1030, sleep until 330 and then go watch Weeds with Tex. I'm going to try an coax a walk out of him or something other than sitting on our butts.

Day 44

I slept in until 1230 today. I almost missed lunch.

I watched Rocky Horror Picture Show with Megan too. I had only seen part of it before and thought it was so incredibly stupid. But somehow I managed to sit through the whole thing. After that I went upstairs and got ready for church. Mary(from Oregon City an not LDS) came with me today. She liked it. She said it was not oppressive like Catholic masses. She may go again. Who knows.

After church I was going to go straight to bed. But since going to church means I miss dinner, I was hungry. I went with Megan into the Canyon(Lodge) and got a sandwich.

After that I came home an went to bed. Nothing too eventful.

Day 43

Today was an alright day.

I worked and got my tips from Lynx. I got 58. Not too bad for 2 weeks and barely working there.

When I came home I was so excited because Tex was going to go on a hike and swim with me. I waited until 330 and text him. He said he wanted to take a nap first. Well that was true, but we didn't end up going out. I never got a reply. I ended up seeing him at dinner. He finally came over and talked to me. We then watched 'Forever Strong' and found out that one of our bus drivers is in the movie!

After that I walked him to the road and said goodnight. He said he is off on Thursday so we can do something then. I don't know if he will back out again but I hope not.

Also, a couple has known each other a week and are engaged. Kinda dumb.

Day 42

HOLY COW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today was so awesome! Where to start?!

Well. I Tony was late again so I didn't have to be at work with him for too long today.

I got my tips from Rapids today. $148! haha So nice! Most of it went into my save box!

Ok. The best part of the day! TEX!

So I saw him this morning and we talked for a bit. I told him since it was a nice day we should go swimming in Otto Lake after work. He said sure! He gave me his number and said he was looking forward to it. Then after work I text him and asked when he wanted to go. He changed plans on me. But said to make it up, we could watch a movie in his room and do something tomorrow too! I ended up giving him a back massage and he seemed to like it. He even said 'I could propose right now!' haha. Then we paused the movie and got dinner at Homestead. Stupid Shelby walked past me and gave me a dirty look! YAY!

I found out he goes to Harvard and is going to graduate with a degree in Archaeology and Anthropology! So awesome! So after dinner we went back to his room and finished the movie. When it was over, I got up to come back and he asked 'Leaving so soon?' :) I needed to go to bed and he understood and needed to too! I told him we should go swimming tomorrow since he backed out of swimming today and he said yes. I am so excited to hang out with him tomorrow! I can't stop smiling!
